5.3 Free Trial

We offer a 30 days free trials for new users. Trial terms and limitations are specified during signup. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.

5.4 Refund Policy

• Refund Window: Customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription payment
• Eligibility: Refunds are allowed if the Service has not been substantially used or if encountered a technical issue that could not be resolved by our support team.
• No Refunds: We do not issue refunds for renewals, unused service after the eligibility window, or cancellation failures by customers.
• Refund Process: To request a refund, email support@justlabtech.com with your account info and reason. We will process refunds within 15 business days
• Renewal Notice: We will notify customers 7 days before auto‑renewal for subscriptions.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
