User Group Management

User Group Management provides comprehensive tools for creating, organizing, and managing user groups within your organization. This system enables efficient bulk operations, simplified site assignments, and better organizational structure for large user bases.

Group Organization

Group Creation Process

Group Operations

Creating User Groups

  1. Navigate to User Groups from the main menu
  2. Click "Create User Group" button
  3. Enter a descriptive group name and
  4. Select users to add to the group
  5. Assign sites and site groups
  6. Click "Save" to create the group

Editing User Groups

  1. Find the user group in the groups list
  2. Click the edit icon (pencil)
  3. Modify group information as needed
  4. Update member assignments
  5. Modify site assignments
  6. Click "Save" to update the group

Deleting User Groups

  1. Click the delete icon (trash) next to the group
  2. Confirm deletion in the popup dialog
  3. Note: Users are not deleted, only removed from the group
  4. Warning: This action cannot be undone

Status Management

  • Activate/Deactivate: Use toggle switch to enable/disable groups
  • Green Indicator: Group is active and available for use
  • Gray Indicator: Group is inactive and cannot be used
