User Status Management

User Status Management
User Status Management allows administrators to control user access to the system by managing different status types. This includes activating, deactivating, archiving, and managing user account status throughout their lifecycle.
Status Types
Active Status
- Definition: Users can access the system
- Access: Full system access based on permissions
- Login: Users can log in and perform operations
- Notifications: Receive system notifications
- Workflows: Can participate in workflows
Inactive Status
- Definition: Users temporarily disabled
- Access: Cannot access the system
- Login: Login attempts are blocked
- Data: User data is preserved
- Reactivation: Can be reactivated easily
Archived Status
- Definition: Users moved to archive
- Access: Cannot access the system
- Data: All user data is preserved
- History: Maintains complete activity history
- Restoration: Can be restored if needed
Invited Status
- Definition: Users invited but not yet active
- Access: Cannot access the system
- Registration: Pending account registration
- Email: Invitation email sent
- Expiration: Invitations may expire
Status Control
Status Toggle
Quick status change functionality for immediate access control:
- Toggle Switch: Use the toggle switch in the Status column
- Green Indicator: User is active and can access the system
- Gray Indicator: User is inactive and cannot log in
- Immediate Effect: Status changes take effect immediately
- Audit Trail: All status changes are logged

Status Management Operations
Activating Users
- Find the user in the users list
- Click the status toggle switch to activate
- Confirm the activation if prompted
- User will receive activation notification
- User can immediately access the system
Deactivating Users
- Find the user in the users list
- Click the status toggle switch to deactivate
- Confirm the deactivation if prompted
- User's active sessions will be terminated
- User cannot access the system until reactivated
Archiving Users
- Find the user in the users list
- Click the archive icon in the Actions column
- Confirm the archiving action
- User is moved to the "Archived Users" tab
- All user data is preserved
Restoring Archived Users
- Navigate to the "Archived Users" tab
- Find the user to restore
- Click the restore icon in the Actions column
- Confirm the restoration action
- User is moved back to active users
