Login Methods

All the ways you can sign in to your Algus account on web and mobile.

Available Login Methods

Algus supports multiple sign-in methods to ensure quick, secure access across web browsers and mobile devices.

  1. Go to the Algus Web Portal (app.algus.io).
  2. Choose your login method:
  3. Email & Password: Enter your registered email address and password, then click Log In.
  4. Google Sign-In: Click Sign in with Google and select your account.
  5. Login Code: Enter your email address, click Send Login Code, and enter the 6-digit code sent to your email.
  6. QR Code Web Login: Display the QR code on screen and scan it using your logged-in mobile app to sign in automatically.
  7. SSO Login: Click Sign in with SSO if your company uses Azure AD, Okta, or Google Workspace.

Staying Logged In

  • Web Browser: Sessions remain active until session expiration or manual logout.
  • Mobile App: Uses secure persistent token authentication (SharedPreferences / Keychain). You remain signed in across app restarts.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

  • Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password or consult Password Management.
  • Account Locked? Contact your organization administrator to unlock your user profile.
