Understanding User Roles
Algus has several user roles with different permissions:
Owner
- Full access to all features
- Can manage billing and subscriptions
- Can add/remove users and change roles
- Access to organization settings
Admin
- Can manage users and templates
- Access to analytics and reports
- Can configure workflows and approvals
- Cannot manage billing or delete organization
Manager
- Can create and assign tasks
- Access to team performance data
- Can approve workflows assigned to them
- Can manage templates in their department
User
- Can complete assigned inspections and tasks
- Can report issues and incidents
- Access to mobile apps
- View their own performance data
Viewer
- Read-only access to data
- Can view reports and dashboards

Inviting Team Members
