The Site Management module is a powerful feature that enables you to organize and manage physical locations where inspections and tasks are performed. This comprehensive system allows you to create, organize, and maintain detailed information about all your operational sites.
Before You Start
Ensure you have admin permissions and have completed your account setup. Site management is typically configured after initial team setup.

Creating Sites
Follow these steps to create and configure your first site:
Step 1: Access Site Management
- Log into your Algus dashboard
- Navigate to Sites in the main menu
- Click the "Create Site" button
Step 2: Enter Site Details
Fill in the comprehensive site information form:
- Site Name: Choose a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Main Manufacturing Plant")
- Description: Add details about the site's purpose and operations
- Physical Address: Enter the complete street address
- GPS Coordinates: Optionally add latitude and longitude for precise location tracking
