Tasks can be created in two main ways: manually by users or automatically from inspection results. This guide covers both methods and provides step-by-step instructions for creating effective tasks.

Ensure you have the necessary permissions to create tasks. You'll also need to have users and sites set up for task assignment.

Manual Task Creation
Creating tasks manually gives you full control over task details and assignment:
- Access Task Management: Navigate to the Tasks section
- Click "Create Task": Use the create button in the toolbar
- Fill Task Details: Enter all required information

Required Task Information
Basic Task Details
Every task requires the following information:
- Task Title: Clear, descriptive name for the task

- Assignee: Person responsible for completing the task
- Site Location: Where the task should be performed

Step 1: Access Task Creation
To create a new task:
- Navigate to the Task Management section
- Click the "Create Task" button in the toolbar

- The task creation form will open
